I started doing this because families deserve someone in their corner.
I'm Ben — a BPS-accredited MSc Psychology graduate with a BA in Primary Teaching. My background spans SEN and SEMH support across schools, outreach and social care settings, working directly with young people, families and the professionals around them.
I set up The Provision Pathway because I kept seeing the same thing: families who knew something wasn't right, but couldn't get anyone to listen. My job is to change that — making the system make sense, and helping you act before another term slips by.

How much does the assessment actually cost? +
Pricing depends on what you need and the complexity of your situation. The best place to start is a free 20-minute call — I'll be able to give you a clear, transparent quote before you commit to anything.
Does my child need a diagnosis already? +
No. Many of the families I work with are still on a waiting list. SEN support and EHCPs are based on need, not labels — and we can begin the conversation either way.
I don't even know where to start — is that okay? +
Completely. Most families come to me feeling overwhelmed and unsure what they're even entitled to ask for. That's exactly what the free call is for — no jargon, no pressure, just a conversation about where you are and what might help.
Do you cover my area? +
Most of my work is by video, so location rarely matters. I'm based in Warwick and work with families across England and Wales, with in-person sessions also available in the Midlands.
Are you a solicitor? +
No — I'm an independent SEN consultant. Most issues never need to reach a solicitor, and where they do I'll point you to specialists I trust.
